WARRANTY POLICY
During the warranty period, if the electric bicycle has quality problems caused by non-human damage, we will provide free replacement parts service. (For different situations and accessories warranty period, please refer to accessories warranty table)
After the warranty period or due to man-made damage, if the customer needs to repair or replace the parts, the cost and freight of the replacement parts shall be borne by the customer.
Accessories description: The warranty accessories are all original accessories. If the original is out of stock, a replacement will be used that is not inferior to the quality standard of the original.
